3.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that the Goods are suitable for the intended use, project specification, and installation method. We do not accept responsibility where Goods are selected or installed contrary to relevant standards, manufacturer guidance or industry codes of practice (including guidance issued by the Lead Sheet Training Academy, where applicable).

4. Pricing, LME Fluctuation & Quotations

4.1 All prices displayed on the Website are shown exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the applicable rate at checkout.

4.2 Lead is a commodity whose value is influenced by the London Metal Exchange (LME). As a result, our prices are subject to frequent change. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time before a Contract is formed.

4.3 While we take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error for Goods you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund any sums paid.

4.4 Any quotation provided by us (including email or PDF quotations) is, unless stated otherwise, valid for 48 hours from the time of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to change in line with LME movements and other supply factors.

5. Ordering Process
